Terms and Conditions

Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice. All shipments will be at the price in effect at the time of shipment, unless otherwise agreed to.

Minimum Order: Equipment - One; Replacement Parts - $20.00
Payment Terms: Varies per account. MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express accepted.

Freight: FOB Ellis, Kansas (unless otherwise specified).

Shipping Information: Added to invoice unless otherwise specified. Freight carriers will be selected by the shipper, unless specific instructions are made on each purchase order.

Examination of Merchandise: Examine all merchandise upon receipt as any claim should be made within seven (7) days after shipment. If damaged merchandise is discovered, after initial inspection, follow procedures below:
- Contact shipper and advise them of damaged material.
- Put material back into original carton and request delivery carrier to inspect carton and material.
- All claims must be filed by the consignee with the delivering carrier and Wheelchairs of Kansas.

Return Goods: Within 10 days of delivery. Returns are subject to a 15% / 25% restock fee, plus shipping and any additional costs resulting from damage or use.

After 10 days from delivery, we reserve the right to refuse returned goods for any reason. If accepted, the amount of credit will be at the discretion of Wheelchairs of Kansas.

All made-to-order / custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Return authorization number (RA Number) is required before returning any material. Items returned without an RA number will be refused.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations on customized product(s)/parts are subject to a 15% restocking fee if not cancelled within 5 business days of order. Orders cannot be cancelled if product(s)/parts have been shipped; see return goods policy..
